  11. How can I get a aRefNum similar to that provided by MacApp in the DoRead and
  12. DoWrite routines?  I want to use SFPutFile/SFGetFile, but I cannot quite figure
  13. out how MacApp does this transformation.  Also, are any of the default methods
  14. of TDocument good for doing this?  It looks like one or to might be, but I am
  15. somewhat confused.
